3. Ephemeral Processing (NIN, BVN, CAC)
Ephemeral Processing: Your NIN and BVN are processed ephemerally. They are only transmitted securely in real-time to the verification portal. We do NOT store your NIN or BVN in our databases.
Document Deletion: For CAC registrations, once submitted, all uploaded files and images are permanently deleted from our servers.
4. Contacts and Device Information
We request access to your Contacts (READ_CONTACTS permission) strictly to allow you to easily pick phone numbers when purchasing Airtime or Data. We do not upload or store your contact list on our servers.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use your data exclusively to operate our services, process your transactions instantly, prevent fraud, and send you important system alerts.
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted third parties (Payment Processors like Moniepoint/Wema, Telecoms, and Law Enforcement if legally required).
7. Data Security
All data transmitted is encrypted using HTTPS. We use military-grade encryption for stored sensitive data to protect against unauthorized access.
8. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data.
