To use our services, you must register an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and transaction PIN.
- Security: We will never ask for your PIN or password via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Liability: You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Services Offered
We provide Virtual Top-Up (VTU) services including Airtime, Data, Utility bills, NIN/BVN validation, and CAC Registration.
4. Wallet Funding and Payments
Funds in your wallet are held for purchasing services. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing.
5. No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all successful transactions are final and non-refundable. Once data is sent to a phone number, it cannot be reversed. If a transaction fails to deliver due to a network error, we will credit your wallet automatically.
6. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using our platform for illegal activities, attempting to exploit our API rate limits, or accessing other users' accounts.
7. Developer API
If you use our API, you are responsible for the security of your API keys.
8. Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as-is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
